I. Return Period
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their merchandise.
In principle, refund or return requests for orders exceeding this 30-day period cannot be processed.

V. Return Shipping Costs
We will cover the return shipping costs in the following situations:

VI. Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order after submission, you may contact Customer Service to request a cancellation, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Due to the rapid turnover of inventory for certain clearance items, some orders may enter our warehouse processing workflow very quickly after submission. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be directly cancelled; instead, it must be processed as a return in accordance with our standard return procedures.
VII. Special Notes
Currently, lazyflux.shop is conducting a clearance sale on select inventory, with certain items being sold at a loss. Quantities for these specific products are limited; once sold out, they may not be restocked.
